Lovely little place, can get busy, but good selection of food on offer, with healthy smoothies. Nice decor, atmosphere and lovely staff. It's wonderful sitting at the window watching the world go by, fabulous place for people watching. Loved the food, enjoyed their chirpy music, and actually felt relaxed.

So i went here on Saturday for the first time, as I tend to eat the same sort of things, and thought I would try something new. I went in and was surprised by the customer service and overall environment. I went to pay for some sushi ( was really good btw ) and was met by the nicest member of staff. She was smiling and really engaged in giving good service. Her name was shana or sana. ( sorry if I get name wrong as I don't fully remember ) anyway overall a great and delightful experience. Will definitely be coming back. keep up the good work

I’ve been into Itsu Euston many times before my work trips and Maria has always been great every time I’ve been in. She is super friendly and is always smiling. Today her service was super exceptional and I’m so grateful. Thank you so much Maria!

This is the only place in Euston Station where you can get a decent salad to take-away, with some variety. The pot noodles freshly made is also great for on the go, but, I love their salads! Buy, they are quite pricey! Staff are extremely helpful. They don't open before 9am but they kindly allowed me to get my salad 5mins earlier than 9am so that I could catch my train due to depart at 9:06. I would have had to go hungry otherwise only grab something totally unhealthy!

My new fav healthy foodie place! by the same guys of Pret, this is the more asian east version with plenty of fresh made sushi & sashimi, noodles, soups, healthy drinks and fast service. They also have this nice sustainable food policy that sell 50% off every evening, super convenient, great job guys!

Wow!! How have I missed this place for so long. A poached egg in a cup of light soup! Great idea and great freshly cooked food. Love this place! Why is it not full? Give away samples outside and generate customers!! Lovely place and I want one in Milton Keynes please! My kids would love this if I could get them into one and away from the McD Chicken Nugets!!! Nice food quite lovely.
